3-20-08: GMMLTF LEASE NEGOTIATIONS COMPLETED!
The Task Force is pleased to say that the end is in sight, not weeks only days away. There will be a news release next week with the different local medias. Even if you don't subscribe to a news paper or watch the news, the postal service will deliver the Greater Meadowbrook News to each house in our area. On the same day or the following day you should receive your OFFICIAL personal packet with all the information on the negotiations. Open it, read it, have your attorney check it if you wish ( we have had two of the best lawyers in the business working with us as we have gone through this process) but DO NOT SIGN IT. Signing parties will begin the next week where you will sign before a notary. These parties will held at different locations in our area and you may attend the one that best meets your schedule.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND you must decide whether to sign or not to sign the lease agreement. We believe that this is the best possible deal to be made at this time. To the best of our abilities we have made provisions for the concerns that have been voiced to us by our neighbors and other issues that we felt to be in your best interest. We are not releasing the term amounts before the Press Release in an attempt to keep other Land men or Companies from coming in with a few dollars more to entice anyone into signing with them.The small increase in dollars that you would receive now may cost you more in the long run. Once you see the benefits of the package, we feel that you will be truly convinced that this is the best possible deal at this time.
