Gateway Park is the City of Fort Worth’s signature, state-of-the-art athletic
facility. It features three flood-lit, RealGrassTM synthetic fields, wireless electronic scoreboards, covered
bleachers and other amenities. Softball, rugby and soccer tournaments are held on a regular basis. The Fort Worth Rowing
Club offers storage facilitites to rowing enthusiasts and access to the Trinity River.
Great plans are in store for Gateway Park: expanded rowing
club boathouse with kayak/canoe launches and white water course, fishing piers, a mountain bike course, bird watching
