3-4-10: ADRIAN MURRAY AND JOHN BASHAM ANNOUNCE RUN FOR TRWD
East Fort Worth businessman Adrian Murray and meteorologist John Basham have thrown their hats in the ring for seats on the Tarrant Regional Water District board.   Speaking Thursday evening to the FW Southwest Republican Club, Murray and Basham answered questions and explained their motivations for seeking office.  The pair commented on TRWD eminent domain abuse, rubber-stamping approval of every project presented to it, loans to the TRV and excessive spending, including $1500 dinners and an expensive, unnecessary helicopter that costs $180 per hour to operate (excluding pilot costs).  The TRWD  election will be held May 8th. 3-14-10; CONCERNED CITIZENS RALLY AT TRWD HEADQUARTERS
Adrian Murray and John Basham addressed a crowd of supporters today at the entrance to the Triniity Regional Water District headquarters on Riverside Drive today.  Both Murray and Basham gave details about their issues with the TRWD and the Trinity River Vision project.  Protestors gathered on both sides of the street and waved their signs as cars whizzed by on busy Riverside -  some of them honking in approval.  Video of the rally is available on this link:  TRWD PROTEST VIDEO
