10-15-09: CARTER AVE BLOCK PARTY !! Residents of Carter Avenue attended a block party to celebrate, reconnect and plan strategies to stop the proposed Chesapeake pipeline.  Balloons, masks, noisemakers and party favors were a hit with the kiddos!  Neighbors gathered together under one of the most beautiful trees on the street and got to know each other better over hot dogs, cocktail sausages, sodas, chips, and lots of sweet treats.  Special thanks to Lori for minding the grill!  for more info click here:  PROPOSED CARTER AVE PIPELINE
